Terms of Use

Your account

• Give a real email address you can access, and keep your sign-in details to yourself. You’re responsible for what happens on your account.
• One person per account. Don’t create accounts in bulk or with automated tools.
• Pick a username that isn’t offensive, hateful, or pretending to be someone else (including Pharone or site staff).
• You can sign in with a password, Google or Discord, and link or unlink them on the Linked logins page.

Playing fair

• Play the games as intended. Don’t cheat, exploit bugs on purpose, script or bot the games, or tamper with requests to change your stats, gold or items.
• Don’t try to break, overload or get around the site’s security, access other people’s accounts, or scrape the site.
• Don’t use the site to harass anyone or for anything illegal.
• Found a bug or a security problem? Please tell us at pharone1@gmail.com instead of using it.

Moderation and removal

We may reset game progress, rename, suspend or remove accounts that break these terms or abuse the site, and we may remove content or features at any time. We’ll try to be fair and, where it makes sense, give a warning first. You can stop using the site and ask us to delete your account whenever you like.

Game content and characters

Game items, gold, levels and characters have no real-world value and can’t be sold or exchanged for money. Games are a work in progress: balance changes, resets and bugs can happen.

The site’s stories, books, music, art, games and code belong to Pharone The Gnome (or their respective creators) and may not be copied or republished without permission.

As-is

The site and games are provided free and “as is”, without warranties of any kind. We do our best to keep things running and your data safe, but we can’t promise the site will always be available or error-free, and we aren’t liable for losses from using it, to the extent the law allows.

Privacy

How we handle your data is explained in the Privacy Policy.

Changes

We may update these terms; the effective date above will change when we do. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
